The General Store at Eagle Mountain

The General Store at Eagle Mountain is located at Coosawattee River Resort's Eagle Mountain Gate. Step back in time to slower days of the old general mountain store where friends gather for special activities, every day needs, good food, good times, and arts and crafts. The store is open 7 days a week during the summer from 9am until 7pm. Call-in orders welcome: 706-635-1609 (Deli closes at 5:00).

Pickin' on the Porch

Just right outside of the Eagle Mountain Gate of the resort is The General  The General Store is always the talk of the community and the place to be for entertainment on event nights with great food, good company, and a variety of music from country to blue grass to Ole Time Rock and Roll. Bring your own lawn chair, pull up your seat next to the bon-fire, and roast some marshmallows while enjoying the entertainment and mountain ambiance! The store and deli will be available for your convenience of grocery items, crafts, great food, and more!

    Tubing and Tube Tracker Trips

    Daily tubing excursions down the Coosawattee River are now underway!.  The General Store at Eagle Mountain (706) 635-1609.

    Tubing fee is $15.00 per person and includes everything you need, shuttle service, tube, and life vest. Ask about discounted rates for large tubing groups.

    The Coosawattee River Tubing Company also offers tube tracker trips, which are similar to kayaks but are much easier to maneuver. Each trip lasts 1-1/2 hours and is $20.00 per trip which includes equipment and shuttle to and from the river. Reservations are required.

    Groups of 5 or more must be reserved with credit card which will not be charged until time of trip, however, if you are not present at departure time and have not contacted The General Store for cancellation at least 24-hours prior to departure, your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation.
