A-frame Villas

The Villas at Coosawattee features 1200 square foot A-frames with three bedrooms and a fireplace in the great room. The upstairs bedroom contains a queen bed and private bath. A bedroom with twin beds is downstairs with an additional bedroom with a queen size bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room. is also available. The A-frames have full kitchens, washer/dryers, fireplaces, living room televisions, and a large uncovered deck to enjoy the outdoors with a prime view of the river. A-frames sleep up to eight.

Three Bedroom Villas

Another style of our 3 bedroom villas in several clusters around the resort, each with 1500 square feet. The first level consists of a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, living room with fireplace, and pullout queen sofa-bed, TV, washer/dryer, dining area, and full kitchen. A four person hot tub is also featured. On the second level, a bedroom with twin beds, a master suite with queen size bed, and a full bath are available. All of villas have a large deck on the back. Villas sleep up to eight.

River Park Villas

This multi-unit building features two bedroom and three bedroom villa units.  The two bedroom villas sleep up to six with queen beds in each, as well as a full bath, fireplace and TV in living room with queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen, dining area, and washer dryer are included in the unit. The three bedroom villas sleep up to eight. The first level has a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, fireplace and TV in living room, dining area, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The second level has a bedroom with twin beds and another (loft opening to living room below) with a queen bed. All River Park Villas look over the river in the back.
