Resort Parks

East Park

East Park, located in Beaver Forest, is a peaceful camping and picnic area. Playground equipment and horse-shoes are featured. East Park also has a pavilion large enough for family reunions. The bathhouse, which is available for use by all campers, is open from Easter weekend through October 30th. For your convenience, the park is equipped with running water, restrooms, charcoal grills, and fire-rings / pits.

North Park

North Park is a small spot for quiet solitude, camping, fishing and just enjoying nature. A small pavilion and a bathhouse are accessible. For your convenience, the park is equipped with charcoal grills and fire-rings / pits.

Fishtrap Park

Fishtrap Park is so named because of the large V design made into the river by Native Americans for trapping fish. A swinging suspension bridge that connects the camping area to the Teen Center characterizes this park. Additionally, Fishtrap Park is the  largest camping and day-use area with children's play areas, swings and a large pavilion for family reunions, birthdays, weddings, and other gatherings. For your convenience, the park is equipped with running water, restrooms, charcoal grills, and fire-rings / pits.

Canoe Park

Canoe Park is located in Eagle Mountain, directly on the river front and surrounded by private residences. The park is a favorite drop-off and pick-up site for canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. For more information about tubing, check out Coosawattee River Tubing Company. Picnic tables and a beautiful view of the river accompany the quiet place perfect for reading a book, writing a poem, or just looking around and feeling the beauty of the surroundings. For your convenience, the park is equipped with picnic tables, charcoal grills, fire-rings / pits, and a portable restroom.

Fish Pond

One of the most used and best liked amenities is our tranquil Fish Pond. Come to the pond and fish all day or just sit beside the pond and enjoy the scenery. A large flock of geese and ducks call the pond home and love being fed popcorn and bread crusts. The pond is stocked with a variety of small game fish and are ready for catch & release or taken home for a fish-fry. Fun for the whole family, the pond is open to our owners and their guests– no fishing license required. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the day. Picnic tables and a portable restroom are available.

River Park

River Park is located in Beaver Lake and is the starting point for the tubing runs. For more information about tubing, check out Coosawattee River Tubing Company. For your convenience, the park is equipped with a pavilion and picnic tables, charcoal grills, fire-rings / pits, and a portable restroom.
